Join Us for a PMA Mardi Gras Party - 2012!
In New Orleans, they know how to throw the biggest party in the world - Mardi Gras. Enjoy all the traditions of Mardi Gras including music, beads, masks, costumes, seafood and king cake. Participants will taste the Cajun cuisines, hear the Zydeco and Jazz sounds and see the bright purple (representing justice), green (faith) and gold (power) colors of the season.
Splurge and feast on decadent dishes like hot-sauce-spiked crawfish bread and jambalaya studded with fragrant sausage, shrimp étouffée, stuffed jalapeños, seafood and of course, the traditional king cake. You could be the lucky person who 'gets the baby' which is baked into the cake.
So come wearing your beads, a mask (or make one at the party) ad a smile for our fabulous Mardi Gras opening reception and dinner.
