Transportation

The Saddlebrook resort is located approximately 45-minutes from the Tampa International Airport (TPA). Contact the Saddlebrook’s Transportation Concierge, located in the Resort lobby, to arrange and reserve ground transportation to and from the airport, hotel and other destinations in the area.

The non-stop, shared-ride service in comfortable vehicles or by chauffeur-driven private luxury vehicles must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance.

🔎 PRO TIP: Bellmen will transport you and your luggage to your room on a golf cart.

🔎 PRO TIP: Bellmen can also transport you from your room to the meeting areas if you contact them for pick-up.

🔎 PRO TIP: If you do need assistance getting to/from your room to the events, please be sure to call/schedule/plan well in advance as there are a limited number of golf carts and bellman available.

🔎 PRO TIP: The lobby bar is an extremely loud area. The floor is tiled, not carpeted, and it's along outdoor windows. Be aware, sound carries significantly in the bar area.

🔎 PRO TIP: The pathways of the grounds are cobblestone, and you will be traveling outdoors be used to get between your room and meeting spaces.
